Deer Park ES: Large Scale 3D Printed Hallway Sign

We designed and fabricated a custom fully 3D printed wall sign for Deer Park Elementary School, now proudly displayed as a centerpiece in the main hallway.

Modeled in parametric CAD software, the large structure was strategically engineered into modular segments to fit our 3D printers. To ensure a clean finish, each section was designed in two halves: lower bases anchored directly to the wall with high-strength fasteners, and upper covers that snap on top to completely conceal the hardware. The result is a seamless, securely fastened installation, and easily one of our favorite projects to date.
